And to discuss the topic of law of attraction. I have my friend Avil Pinto. Avil Pinto is a deep believer of law of attraction. Let's hear from him. what he has to say about law of attraction.

The first thing is I never knew in my life that thoughts have such a great power. Like you just started with Buddha's quote, which very well described that thought becomes things what you feel is you attract...And what you imagine is you create. So that that sums sums it up in a nutshell. But how did it work for me and how things have changed, why I'm so excited, I would like to share today. So, law of attraction, in a simple analogy, if I have to refer a Newton's Law of Gravity. So whether we see it or not law of gravity always works. Whatever you throw up, it has to fall down. And if that works, there's something called law of attraction. And not many knows about it. Now, people who know they create, they attract, they multiply everything they have in life. And that is something which I would like to educate or probably share through my experience in this episode.

See I also read a few books about you know, law of attraction, and they will get topics but it looks good on book you know, it looks very good on book if you become very positive and you read about it. But does it really work? There are many experts or people who are well known in the society they say it doesn't work, but does it really work?

Okay, all the people who have achieved what they have today, Okay, first thing what they did, they thought okay and that thought is nothing but we talk about a dream or an aspiration or we could call it a purpose, but they had a thought that they want to do it and because they wanted to do it and then the universe gave them the resources they guided in a certain way to make it happen provided they put the efforts I cannot wish and just sleep over it. I think okay, which is asking. So, this is what the law of attraction says. First you ask, and then you believe you internalize it. And when you internalize it, you feel it, that you already have it, and you receive it. So in Bible also Jesus has very well said, ask you shall receive seek you shall find knock it shall be open to you. And which is translated in different different ways, in different scriptures and different religious leaders and, and so many different ways this has been taught, but ultimately, thought has a significant significant power. translate into things translate into things that you really, really want to make it happen. But provided that you put it to action. So as you asked me that many people, you know, they think it's, it doesn't work, because they don't believe in it. The whole idea is you have to start believing in it. Okay, I will tell you an example, you go to a doctor with the sickness, okay? And doctor will write a prescription, he'll give medicine, that medicine could be just a powder, it's not real medicine. But you take it, take it with the belief and faith that I'm taking medicine and this medicine will heal me. And whether that is real medicine or not, it still works because you believe that you're healing, you're getting healed. You see, it's the belief. It's the both belief and faith that should go hand in hand to make things work. So before even having that faith and belief, first have law of attraction says you got to have that clarity of thoughts, what exactly you want. Like, for example, you want a house, how big is the house, what color the house shape, size, where location, how's the surrounding all that has to be you need to have a blueprint in your mind. And then you have it already you're done 50% of your work by sending that signal of that clarity of thought or an idea and when you have that he also knows what you want and He will guide you or he will give you when he understands if you go to a restaurant and then you say get me anything what would the waiter get the message? Could you be clear about what he wants to bring? You will ask you Sir Madam, what would you like to have? Ask what is that in the middle we will bring for you. And then when you tell them that I want a delivered assembler then he will bring a delivered assembler. And that simple it is law of attraction is as simple as you ask what you want. And then he the almighty universe, the creator, wherever you believe in, he will provide you some day or the other provided you strongly believe and you focus or you put your efforts to attain it.

Okay, so what you are saying is to have a clarity of thought, yes. Also use this is there a step by step process that anybody can use to you know attract whatever they want in their life? Maybe I want a new job. So how do you instruct people, you know, when they want new job, let's say for example, or they are unemployed, they would like to know start work. So how. So I just have to go out just have clarity of thought and job will come to me.

And absolutely not. Not really. Again, I'll go back to what I mentioned. First thing is, I know what I want. That's the first step. Okay? When you know what you want described, describe the way you want it, describe it, give it give it a field, give it a structure, give it give it a form, like how you want it, okay? Like I give the example of the house you want. So Exactly. Give the clarity of how you wanted when you enter the house, how you want your drawing room to be how you wanted the kitchen, where's the entrance where the car park, how's your garden and when you think you already created that that vision in your mind, okay. Now similarly, for example, I have guided hundreds of job seekers using law of attraction technique to attract the job. How when I asked the job seeker, when as the job seeker, what Job did you want anything? And I give them the example of the waiter, like you go to the restaurant and ask anything would the waiter Understand? No. So you got to be very precise and specific what you want. And then I asked them to describe what is their ideal job, how would they feel if they want if they are in that job? What would excite them to wake up every morning and go to that work and then they will explain it I want to do this I want to be like this, I want to have a work culture, I want to be I want to be surrounded by by positive environment environment, how far your location of the job should be from your residence. And when they describe it, I asked him to write it, right exactly, like how a job description as it describes exactly the job, the way it has to be done, okay, are the basic expectations of the job. Similarly, you should put the expectations of yourself the job that you want. And then you got to start feeling living in it as if it is manifested as it is it happened. And this is the difficult or challenging part of our brain, we are tuned to believe that something which I don't have, how I can have something which has not happened in the past how it can happen. Right, and we are tuned to think that everything comes difficult, it's not easy. Now, that is the majority of the 90% the way we operate, unfortunately, but law of attraction talks about think you already have it, think of the bank balance you want to have, think of the car that you want to drive, think of the family you want to have, think of the people surrounded, loving you caring for you. And then when you feel it, you start attracting it. Okay, so in this case, you got to start feeling, you got to start living in that in that zone, that it is already happened, that job is already has come to you. Okay, the next step is feel as if it has happened and be grateful. Okay, the biggest, the biggest step which people are missing, is being grateful, being in gratitude and thanking that it is already manifested has already happened. Okay, I'll give you a simple example. When 2009 I am so grateful to my aunt who introduced law of attraction, which is this book called The Secret if people this this, this order by a documentary has been now even shown to people, students in universities to understand the basic law of attraction.

And in 2009, I was in Bombay working in, in bank and somehow I felt that my life is not going the way I want. Okay, I was disturbed. And prior to that, I was working in hotel in Marriott Hotel. And as to see rich and famous people coming spending money, well, the people, okay, very successful, and they are great people. Nice to wonder how they are so successful. And why I am like this. If given 24 hours, they can do so many things, why I am not able to something is missing in my life. And I was inside of inside am asking God guide me what is that I'm missing? And finally, after four years, I got the answer where I was missing. What I was missing was I was thinking only the things which I don't want the things that are not happening well in my life. I was gossiping, I was cursing for my life, I was not happy with what I have. I was absolutely not in that focus or zone or in the state of mind, which would attract more better or positive things in my life. All the things are going, but I was not happy with them. And when I watched this documentary, it gave me step by step answers. And I was like when I was watching the documentary, oh my god, life is so simple. I never knew that. Law of Attraction has such great power. And I was missing out. And I was realizing that everything that I was attracting was negative because I was thinking negative. I was thinking negative. And this is the very essence of what we don't do which is I'm talking about gratitude. So when you ask it just not asking, when you start believing or feeling it as if it has happened, then start being grateful. Thank you for this has happened. Right? Thank you for my slim trim and healthy body. Thank you for my job and Infinite Opportunities. Thank you for my lovely family who are caring and understanding. Thank you for my lovely, adorable children. Thank you for this beautiful day and when you start being in thank in attitude, it will manifest faster than ever. It will not only build positivity, but also you are actually living in that zone you are visualizing. Okay. So now while you're doing feeling believing or gratitude, you're actually visualizing, okay, that's the step number two basically visualize. So, first you ask, after you ask you go to visualize, so, visualize has all these connected things feeling believing and being in gratitude. So, visualize, visualize, close your eyes, put that soft music, okay. And then think and feel it and then you will materialize eventually will start interacting. I have tons of example, Deepak to share about but the simple step is, this is the three step process, ask, believe visualize, and then you will start receiving the, the last step is the receiving, okay, where you should already feel that you received it. Now, if you doubt, if you send that signals of doubt, then it will not manifest it will not come to you. Because, doubt is one biggest what to say, the challenge that comes in, in things that you really want. Don't allow doubt to overtake you, allow faith to overtake you, faith will make things happen. Great, and have faith. So, I think this is a three step process to ask, believe and receive.

Thanks, Avil for you know, even giving your life example. I would like to get more clarity on that. So, how did you Okay, you were in one situation? How did you move on from that to your next phase of life or next phase of your whatever you desired? Did you follow some steps, the same steps that you described? Did you write it somewhere? Or do you need to write it? Or did you speak to somebody about it? How did you manifest what you wanted in life and did everything that you think happened in your life? Or give us some, you know, potent steps that you took that we can also take?

Okay, thank you Deepak for asking this because in 2009, when I watched the documentary, The documentary clearly described, if you want to really have the life you want, then you go to first write, write what you want. Okay, exactly right, the way you describe it, okay? Now imagine, you go and watch a movie, right? before they even movie could be produced or directed or, you know, finally it comes on screen, how many things work in the background? Okay, it all starts with a story. There's a story writer who thinks of Okay, there could be a story like this a movie can be made and from there, the Producer Director choose the characters who will fit into that story, okay. And then the actual you know, movie actually will begin in terms of directing it or making all the things happen. Now, the movie actors, the characters who play in the movie, they already know, okay, the entire entire movie. So, basically, when in our life, we should also know the end in mind. And this is again, from Stephen Covey begin with an in mind habit number two, write visualize the outcome end in mind, and based on that then to start working backwards. And, and this is what even I started doing. I started something called writing, which is my journal. I used to have journal but it was not regular. But after I understood the importance of writing, then I started writing. And there are many things that I wrote and put it on the wall. I was living in the hostel. I was living in Bandra at that time in Bombay, in 2009 2010. And that was a twin sharing room. It was a hostel and there was Alma which had two doors and one door, I put the car I put the bank balance you know, I printed it and posted it. So law of attraction said whatever you want to put it like a vision board create a vision board. So at that time, I didn't really had that thing of preparing the vision board, but I put certain images on my cupboard and everything. And every time when I had to go to sleep, I would think about that bank balance I would have. Okay. I will tell you the bank balance, which I put it on the board, which was five times of the annual income that I would have that I had that time five times. And all other hostel mates, there were about 40 people who would come into a room, they would see this, what is this? I will. So this is my bank balance, which I would ask her to have, and I would love Whoa, whoa, you believe in all this, the desert doesn't work. Literally. I'll tell you people have, you know, laughed. But I believe because I understood the secret. And in that secret, there are many people who have been successful and how they used the thoughts, okay, manifesting into into things. And I said, if that can work for those people, I'm sure if it if I apply to work for me, it just that it has to be in a guided way I have to do that. Do it rightly. So I just tested the waters, I put that bank balance thing. And I put at that time I I was dating my wife now. I was dating, I put her picture as a screensaver. And things were not easy at that time. Okay. So I had to attract I had to make things happen. So everything that I wanted, okay, I put it wherever that I could see literally and feel it. I also put a photo frame of me and that time I was dating No, I shall now she's my wife. So we put a picture together like dancing as a couple as a frame in front of my desk, okay. literally felt that I am spending the rest of rest of my life with them. So this was my feeling. Now all these things literally have worked, have worked. So the bank balance until May 2009. I was working in a bank. I quit my job, five months. Okay, I was I moved to Saudi I was without a job. And I was wondering about this bank bail and how this would happen because I had put a date also by this by this year, I need to I should have that bank balance. Guess what, after I moved to Saudi, within no time, within no tiny things, what.

And this is the most smallest or simple example. But moving forward in 2014, after I moved to Dubai, even moving to Dubai, I had I was in Saudi and I got married. So my wife is in Dubai, I was there. So I started visualizing living in Dubai and going to work in Dubai. Oh my god, that was that was a feeling that I had, you know, you don't driving through Sheikh Zayed Road. Literally, I felt driving through excise road, it happened. And now my office is in JLT so I drive through the road. And you believe that, that that's a failure. And, and and then having three children Oh my God, I put a poster on my vision board now, I literally have a vision board right. So I put three children, me and my wife that has happened and and in one of the goals setting exercises I had written Okay, I will have my first child in 2012 and then 2014 in 2016. Yeah. Now, if you ask me, okay 2012 happened 2015 2014 happened in 2015 basically, their ship consumed in 2014, but delivered in 2015. Similarly, 2016 considered in 2016, delivered in 2017. This for me is it always gives me those chills, that that whatever that you have written someday or the other, it will happen, it will happen if you give a specific date, and if it is realistic, and if you really believe that it is meant for you, you want to have that it will come to you. So similarly in my life, I believed and I went after it, I consciously was thinking that this is what I want. And this is how my life should be. Now many of the things that I'm doing today was was I thought even starting to buy jobs and 2018 January started to buy jobs and and I kept setting goals by this time the community will be 5000 people by this date will be 10,000 people. Okay. By this now 2020 December I put targeted 20,000 people will have a community because there are many people who are sending the request to join the community but it is not meant for everyone. It is for those people who really Want to get jobs want to really develop their personal development, our career development now, exclusive, we are now crossed 17,500 in next two months it will be 20,000. Now, all these things I was visualizing, I visualize, I visualize the success of people who are in the community people getting jobs, people sharing testimonials, you know, when you do all this, and you believe that it will happen, it is meant for you. But the thoughts, the frequency of the thoughts should be this way it was this is how I understood if you listen to a radio channel, and, and there is a particular channel, you want to listen, and you tune into that channel, imagine 104 point four, if you tune into 104, point three, would the clarity of the radio would be worth listening, there would be disturbance. But if you tune into 104 point four, then it will be clear. So, the clarity is nothing but your clarity of thoughts is nothing but the clarity as as to the point of the radio frequency that you, you connect. And that's why clarity of thoughts will bring the clarity of your things. Tony Robbins says focus where the energy goes where the focus goes, energy flows. Right? So the focus on those thoughts, if you're thinking positive, positive outcome, if you're thinking negative, the negative outcome, have you heard people the parking in my family or among friends circle, I know some people they always think about, you know, I have this headache, I have this headache, I have this headache, you will never find them without headache. They're always with headache. You know, and this is the power of you attracting things.

But some people say I'm healthy, no matter, they might have this small little things going up and they're in the body, but it's okay. But they keep saying healthy, healthy, healthy, healthy, healthy. And then you get healthy, the distinction between the positive and negative is that you you allow negative to control you, but the positive will allow you to help you think the outcome to help you get the actual result that you want. Just so beautiful. Yeah, I mean, this is not something which we have to listen to law of attraction or the secret, but it is it is it is from the ancient history. From the ancient history, if you see, writing is become there, they would write, okay. Mahatma Gandhi also said the two powerful weapons is the pen and paper, right? Because there could be no much more powerful weapon than that. So writing would attract things. And then not only writing but believing in it, then visualizing it and things will materialize.

I think yeah, I think our forefathers did it without knowing about all this. Exactly. They didn't know that they were doing this or attracting something, but they have done it. I have few examples in my life as well. My some of my uncle's, I know that they are, some of them are very positive. And they have achieved whatever they wanted. On the other end who are not so positive, they are maybe still stuck at wherever they were. So I believe it works. If you really know. Pay attention to the law, the law is a law, you know, law has to be followed like a law. That's why it's called a law. So that is a main thing to understand. And I will on the other side, I feel the what you call it something like a delusional positivity? Can humans be positive all the time? Is it for me, I believe when I think it may not be possible to be positive all the time. So what to do for the negative thoughts that we might have.

So this is very creative, and law of attraction works all the time, wherever you are, no matter which part of the continent. law of attraction works all the time, as long as the thoughts that you kind of send it to the universe. What is important is on an average human being on a daily basis have about 60 to 70,000 thoughts. Every thought need not be positive. Not possible. Okay. We get every kind of thought, right. We have judgmental thoughts. We have thoughts, the feelings. We have so many things that go on in a day. But what is important is being mindful in that moment. What you're thinking, right? So it's okay I even I get negative thoughts, although people say, well, you're so positive but no, there are many things when I'm sitting idle, I think so many things which go into the negative things, but important is not allowing that negativity to control me, not allowing that negativity to become big. So then I do many other things, I immediately switch my thoughts. What is important, I asked myself by thinking this way, am I going to get the result? I want? Simple. By thinking this way, am I going to get the result I want? No. If not, then why should I give my energy or focus more into it? Right? A lot of people will come to me say, I'm worried I'm depressed. Things are not working. I'm not getting calls for interviews. Okay. Go back. What did you say? All this way? I'm not getting calls. Yes, that's reality. Okay, I'm worried, okay, I'm depressed, blah, blah, blah, so many things. Not getting calls, you're applying, applying, applying not getting calls. Now that somewhere you internalized it, or am applying, but I don't think I'll get a call, you are sending that application in doubt. You are doing everything in doubt. You are already thinking that three months I'll try if doesn't work, then I'll go back. No, you already told yourself that, I don't think it will happen. It's doubt. Now when you do things in doubt, it will never materialize. Instead, I will give my 100%. And I know that I meant to get a job somewhere or the other. There are organizations who want my services, start thinking in the positive, okay. And then when you start doing those things, and then you put your efforts, then enjoy every moment, the law of attraction another nother law to it is enjoy. While you enjoy being that moment that you already going towards greatness. Okay, you're already going to achieve it. And I start start dealing with job seekers that instead of how difficult it is to say that every application that you send, they are considering your application, you're getting calls, start writing that you're getting calls, this job is meant for you, right? Now, you may not have that job. But while you sent an application, there could be one turning out to you, right? It could be one positive response. So this is how you tune your mind. Because mind is a supercomputer how you program it, that is how you it will give you a result. If you say you can do it, it will give you output or you can do it. If you say I can't do it, it will give you the output of you can't do it. As simple as it is. And if you say that I am not getting calls, the result is I'm not getting calls. Okay, so what you feed is what his outcome is, who feeds it. It's yourself. It's the surrounding people you listen to, and then you believe and you think that okay, things may not happen. And then you see somebody else's result. And you think that Oh, if he's not getting I don't think I'm also getting, oh, he's so smart. He's got all the qualification, he's struggling, what is my fate? I don't think it will happen. So you start comparing and then you become a victim of yourself. Instead, don't let your mind okay. become your master. Make your mind your servant, let your mind become your servant. And this is super important and this is what I am started dictating to my mind that you do what I want you to do. You listen to me and do what I tell you to do. Now, imagine the power mind can have if you let your mind to take over you callous?

Then you get into this negativity you get into this. So there are many things that are there to talk about law of attraction. This all starts with this thoughts, thoughts turns into feelings and that feeling how you feel about a particular thing or a particular situation will then manifest more of it.

it's okay. It's an interesting topic. everyone listening or I believe even us listeners won't mind because it's a very vast topic. It cannot be covered in such a short we will have more episodes on this topic in the future. One very important question that that a lot of people have is about money ...how to attract money in your life. This question heavily. I think it has to be answered by yourself I believe. So Avil do you have any thoughts on that? How do I ask the universe for more money?

Avil Pinto 35:05

Yeah. Okay, great, superb. Thank you for asking this. In fact, I did a financial freedom course from my coach who is master in mind on money. And she is an NLP coach. And she's over a period of time being in banking industry for 20 years. And she financially retired at the age of 33. Now she's in Canada. So she, with her experience, with law of attraction with many, many other things, that has helped her in terms of creating that abundance. So she taught her daughter's certain things, which was mind blowing, mind blowing, okay, and simple things, how to use law of attraction to attract money. Now, if you really believe that thoughts create things, then you can start creating abundance in your life, no matter what abundance of relationship abundance of wealth, abundance of money, abundance of career abundance of anything and everything that you aspire, provided, you commit yourself, you are focused to get that. So very important that it's not only about, you throw the thought and you just forget about it, no, you have to be focused enough for have the committed actions and efforts to get that. So attracting money is once again, how I attracted things in my life. So I told you the example of bank balance. That was the money that I wanted in my bank account. And it happened, how it happened, because I asked for a better job, right? The better job that would pay much more than what I was earning in India. That connecting the dots, which built that bank balance, right. And people who, who keep saying that, oh, I don't have money ample. And it's very difficult to make money. You see this thought patterns in people.

I believe a lot of stress with people. I mean, wherever they are, it's with to do with money or finances.

Avil Pinto 37:07

Exactly, exactly. Now, because money surrounds everything, right, like money. Some people say that having too much money also not good. Having not, no money also is not good. It depends on what you choose to do with it. Okay. What do you choose to do with it, there are people who feed the poor, that is the power of the money that they have. So money is again, it's a form of an energy which will help you. But whatever you want to achieve, that is one of the primary sources, right? To make it happen. Now, if you do everything else, but not have the focus to attract money in your life, then it will not happen. If you think money is evil, then Howard money will come to you. Right? You should start loving money. It should have a relationship with money. And this is exactly what I learned in the course, that all this while I was I was not happy without the money that I have or what money could do. Because of our nurturing our upbringing, our social circle, and so many things that that kind of makes us feel that money is not good. It's hard to earn money. Yeah, it's difficult. Okay,

Money is evil. Remember, radio somewhere, money is evil for those who don't have money. If you have money, you don't feel it is evil. People who don't have money will always say it is evil.

Because that is how they look at life. Okay. But it's very simple. If you use law of attraction. After in the last three months, in the last three months, I have learned so many secrets about attracting money in different ways through this course. Right again, 90% is your mindset 10% is your skill set. And what do you do with this 90% of the mindset How do you tune in what you want and then you can attract. Now I give the example of my bank balance right? Okay. It works. It works all the time. Now I started writing money gratitude, okay, money journal. Again, attracting things to write. And I and my relationship with money is money, honey, money, honey, thank you for being in my life. Money, honey, thank you for fulfilling all those little things that I'm aspiring thank you for flowing into my life generously. Thank you for showing me the different parts and opportunities that I could and the more I have, the more I can do good for the people. Imagine the more I have of you I can do more good to the people. And this is what I'm doing. This is what I choose to do. I would like to inspire I would like to make a difference. And when you have that relationship, don't you think money would love? Because you have good intent. You have clarity about what you want to do with that money. And when you want to do something good, obviously money will flow. Forget about that, even if people choose to do bad also they love money, because that's why it's, it's attracting in their life. Yeah. So you should have a relationship. And that relationship will come with having, again, visualization and asking how much do you want? Right? And also, knowing what that money will do for you. That I just asked, When will I want $10 million? For what? You don't have $10 million? Now? If you have it in the next one year or two years? What would you do? Okay, then have clear clarity about what that money will do for you probably having that house, or probably feeding a poor, or doing voluntary works. or giving good education to children or taking care of your family? or traveling around the world never know, there are so many things people have. bucket list is endless. But but then you have to have a clarity about what that money will do for you, then you can obviously work towards it.

I think this is for me, the simplistic way of looking at life life is really simple. But it's been made complicated. By the way it is done around. So law of attraction is very simple. If you apply it, it will work. If you don't if you doubt it, it will not work.

Yes, I have also come up come to the you know, realization that if you chase Money, money will run away from you. If you chase money, it will run away from you. So the better ways to attract money in a life. Okay,

Yes, thank you. Thank you for sharing that don't go chasing money, okay? What is important is what value you can add this right focus on what you can offer. And money will become the byproduct Absolutely.

Money will become a product of what you do. So in the, in the journey of life, what you become, okay, what you become as a person will determine your level of income or your level of wealth that you would create. Simple example suggests it you can see around you, people who solve bigger problems have more money. Look at people like Jeff Bezos, he's the richest man. Why? Because he's solving the very biggest need of the people.... cheap products at a very fast, no very fast time. Same thing with others, people who are owners of like shareholders of Google, or Facebook, Mark Zuckerberg, all this Sergey Brin, and all they are rich, because they're solving problems of the society. Look around these entrepreneurs who are there. Look around your company itself. People who are earning high or entrepreneurs who are well done it in life means to be what we call done, it means they are rich, because they have added value. And the byproduct of that adding value is the wealth or the money. You have

Yes, yes. Believe it or not, law of attraction works all the time, your thoughts would manifest things. If you're married, you would have visualized the stage, the color of your suit or the dress and surrounding, you visualize before it happened. Before you step into the car or get into the office, you know what you want to wear today. You open your wardrobe you think of what you want to wear and you get it. You before you get into the kitchen. You think of what you want to eat. And once you think then you prepare the new law of attraction works all the time. Thought is the first creation and then become a reality. And that's my parting words.
